Recently, we have been shocked by the number of new subteam members who have fully registered for less than a week and yet immediately posted that they will be unable to assist with any activities for various amounts of time. We realize that real life can present some unforeseen hardships and obligations; however, we at theREALiVIPSUBS would like to stress that our goal as a Subteam is not to accumulate large numbers of inactive subteams members. We are not in a contest with other fandom subteams (or even other Big Bang subteams) to see who can acquire the most members; indeed, we are a group of fans hoping to produce Big Bang video clips and Music videos with English Subtitles for the rest of the English speaking community and anyone else who would like to watch what we have done. We are not asking that you drop everything you are already doing, and we are certainly not requiring you to cancel everything you are already a part of in order to focus solely on subbing Big Bang material. However, we would greatly appreciate that you sincerely wish to become a part of our Subteam, and thus you will only apply if you have the time. Please do not apply if you are already overwhelmed with other activities or if you are already previously engaged in several other activities which has left you little or no time to actually contribute to our team.
